Sunday , March 16 the members of Phoenix Rising will be presenting a workshop with Sally Sutur of Idaho Arthritis in Motion. It will be a knowledge filled and practical class of what you can do for your self or loved ones with arthritis.

Idaho Arthritis in Motion is a group of health professionals who’s goal is to educate and provide strategies, methods and techniques for people to live fully despite the issues and problems that come with arthritis.

The workshop will provide you with knowledge and hands on techniques you can take home and use that same day.
